We are passionate about proper training from the best, so we hire champion multi-blackbelt and highly skilled instructors to train our members. We are committed to the hopes and dreams of the athletes that walk through our doors each day. They work hard to be successful and our trainers work hard to help them every step of the way. We will do everything in our power to train and support our member athletes in their quest to be the best they can be. Champions aren’t created by the medals they won or will win one day. Champions are grown a day at a time. One great workout after another.

Our Facility
Our state of the art 18,000 sq. ft. facility is home to over 400 athletes.We work hard to provide a pristine facility suitable for safe practice of all olympic sports offered in our facility - including judo, jiu-jitsu, karate, wrestling, olympic lifting, and boxing. With 2 competitive Judo mats, 3 boxing rings, over 40 bags, treadmills, rowers, weight training equipment, and much more - we have plenty to offer for all of your training needs.
